cPanel has just made version 68 available in their current tier.

Here are the highlights of what’s new:

  • File-level backups. It is now possible to restore individual files from a cPanel account backup, rather than having to restore the entire account. Certainly a handy feature!
  • Virtuozzo 7 support. First cPanel version that fully supports Virtuozzo 7.
  • Potential spammer notifications. This is a new notification called “Large Amount of Outbound Email Detected” and it is disabled by default. If you enable it, you’ll receive a notification whenever someone exceeds the default threshold of 500 outbound emails.
  • SSL and AutoSSL notifications. Now you’re able to get notifications for relevant events (renewal, expiration, etc) pertaining your AutoSSL certificates.
